Last May, my dear friends Kerry and Tibi got married in beautiful Venice, Italy. Yes, that really happened. Ahh, memories. Venetians LOVE Aperol Spritzes, although, if you're my mother, you can make them with Campari...eww. At happy hour every afternoon, Venice pubs offer cocktails and cicchetti (little appetizers that you can choose from while you drink) and the Spritz is a staple (we even found places with proseco on tap.) It's a great cocktail, so easy to make, the Aperol bottle is super cute AND you look ultra cool when you make it for guests.
