The Crescent Hotel....

While in Eureka Springs, we stayed at The Crescent Hotel. It's haunted and really creepy. Highlights from our stay there include: Putting towels over our heads and running around the ghost tours they hold nightly in the hallways of the hotel, an amazing breakfast buffet, and stealing the cat (whose name we decided was Boxie) from the hotel lobby and bringing her to our room... two nights in a row. Here's what happened with Boxie the first night.

Having been on the road for nearly two weeks now, we decided to come back a day early and hang out with my parents in Atlanta. Today we're hitting up the Atlanta Aquarium and tomorrow we're heading the Millegeville and Athens, GA to visit Flannery O'Conner's farm and my alma mater. Then Wednesday we're back to NYC!

Hey Honey, I'm happy that you are back at home and that you got to visit the Silver Fox, your Granddaddy, yesterday. A couple of quick points of clarification: as I'm sure you are now aware, it is called the Georgia Aquarium; and Athens is not simply the home of your (Mom and my) alma mater it is truly the center of the known universe. Anyway, I love reading what you've been doing while I've been working or asleep! Love, Dad
